Introducing organizations in TrackSSL

We’ve added a powerful “organizations” feature to TrackSSL — giving you the flexibility to manage multiple separate workspaces under a single account. It’s perfect for agencies, companies with multiple teams, or anyone managing distinct clients or environments.

What is an organization

With organizations, you can keep domains, notifications, team members, and billing completely separate for each workspace. Each organization acts as an isolated unit — so nothing mixes across clients, departments, or projects.

How to create and switch organizations

  • To create a new workspace, open the organization selector (top-left), choose “Add new organization,” give it a name, and save. You’ll be switched into your new workspace instantly — ready to configure domains, set up billing, or invite your team.
  • When you want to work in a different organization, just open the organization selector and pick the one you need. Your dashboard updates immediately to reflect the selected organization’s domains, settings, notifications, and team.

What you can manage per organization

Each organization in TrackSSL includes its own:

  • Domains and monitoring settings
  • Notification configurations
  • Team members and access permissions
  • Plan and billing settings

This clear separation ensures that clients or internal departments stay independent — no accidental cross-over of data or settings.

Why organizations matter

Whether you’re:

  • An agency handling multiple clients
  • A company with separate internal teams or departments
  • Running multiple environments (production, staging, etc.)

Organizations let you:

  • Keep SSL monitoring, notifications, billing, and user access cleanly separated
  • Prevent accidental domain mix-ups or notification overlap
  • Scale more easily by adding separate workspaces rather than juggling a single, overloaded account

The organizations feature is live now — try creating a new workspace today to see how clean and organized your SSL management can be.
